How does a stationary exchange work?

1. Call or write to us and arrange an exchange date at the branch of your choice.
2. Prepare your cryptocurrency wallet address - not sure how to do it? No problem - we will help you with it.
3. If you are making an exchange with a value of more than 1,000 euros, prepare your identity document. An exchange office employee will provide you with details about the necessary documents.
4. Inform the cashier what cryptocurrency and in what amount you want to buy or sell. The exchange office staff will tell you the transaction cost and how much cash or cryptocurrency you will receive in exchange.
5. Sit down and have a cup of coffee, and we will make the exchange and transfer or withdraw money in the meantime. It will only take a moment, and it's done - the transaction is successfully completed.

It is also possible to send these tokens over the Ethereum network due to the higher level of security (ERC20 has a coverage (peg) of stablecoin security assets of 1:1).

The amount of commission at Wymienbitcoina. pl exchange office varies depending on the asset and is presented as follows:

BTC – 3,5%,
ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, BUSD – 4%,
Other alts (BNB, DOGECOIN, etc., paired to USD or USDT) - 6%.

In this case, the cryptocurrency exchange is required to comply with an internal procedure against money laundering and terrorist financing.
In practice, this means that the customer must show an identity document (ID card or passport). If you want to make sure what documents you need to bring, it's best to call the point before your visit and ask.
On the plus side, verification takes only 4 minutes, and the customer can start buying or selling cryptocurrencies without any restrictions. In the case of cryptocurrency exchanges and online exchange offices, this process is very tedious and can take up to several days.

There are no restrictions on the amount of cryptocurrency and FIAT transactions. For transactions under 1,000 PLN, we add an operating fee of 50 PLN.

To buy your first crypto, you will need a cryptocurrency wallet suitable for the currency, where the exchange will transfer the cryptocurrency/token.

To sell your first cryptocurrencies, make sure you have access to a wallet or exchange from where you will send your funds to the exchange. In return, you will receive cash.

For cryptocurrency exchange over 1,000 euros, take your ID with you.

Cash will be transferred after the entire transaction is completed, about 5-15 minutes after the cryptocurrency is transferred. This is due to the time it takes to process and confirm the transaction online. The fastest way is to transfer funds from private (non-custodial) wallets to the exchange office account. Then you don't have to wait for the exchange to accept the transaction. This way, the entire exchange at the exchange will take 5 minutes.

It is best to send cryptocurrencies on the spot at the exchange office and then have a cup of coffee and wait for the funds to reach us.

It depends on the cryptocurrency the client is buying or selling. BTC transactions take the longest because the confirmation of transactions on the Bitcoin network is the slowest. On average, an exchange takes 10-15 min. In the case of BTC, exchange from 20 min even to several hours.
