How does a stationary exchange work?
Step 1
Schedule an appointment for an exchange.
Then arrange an exchange date at the branch of your choice.
Step 2
Prepare your wallet address
Prepare your cryptocurrency wallet address.
Step 3
Prepare the documents
If you are exchanging more than 1,000 euros, prepare an ID card and a document proving your place of residence, such as an electricity bill.
Step 4
Choose the currency and the amount of the exchange
Inform the cashier what cryptocurrency you want to buy or sell and in what amount. The staff at the exchange office will tell you what the cost of the transaction will be and how much cash or cryptocurrency you will receive in exchange.
Step 5
Fill out the documents
If you make an exchange worth more than 1,000 euros, you will be asked to complete a document for the KYC/AML procedure.
Step 6
Relax
Sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee - we will perform all the operations for you. It will only take a moment, and it's done - the transaction is completed.
